Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). We use a variety of standard shipping carriers. We kindly ask that you anticipate 3-5 business days for standard shipping. Standard Shipping Charges apply.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands take 4-6 weeks. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout."
We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time.
We stand by our products, so if you are not totally satisfied, please contact us at Hello@Rupiniskincare.com within 30 days of your purchase, and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. Simply return the unused portion (that is at least half full), and once we receive your return we will happily refund your account for the full amount of your original purchase*.
*Please Note: only items purchased on www.rupiniskincare.com in the USA may be accepted for return. If you purchased your Rupini Skincare product at one of our authorized retailers, please contact them for assistance. Returns made on purchases made with an official Rupini Skincare gift card may only be refunded as site credit.
To return a product, please send an email to email@example.com and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. Our warehouse does not accept returns. We cannot ensure that we will be able to properly locate and handle your return or exchange without the return authorization and the correct return address. We recommend that your return or exchange is sent via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery. We're sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend that you use a shipping service with reliable tracking, or that you purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
In the event our policies are being abused, we reserve the right to limit or refuse a return. Any finding of abuse of our policies shall be in our sole discretion and is not appealable. We are not obligated to disclose our reasons and methods, other than to inform the consumer that the refund request is being refused for abuse of our return policy.
